Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
- Drive cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating tech disruptions (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
