Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging tech solutions (AR/VR, blockchain, AI ethics)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Author thought leadership pieces on tech's societal implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AI governance frameworks, and sustainable tech standards
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication finesse
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight
