Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Models: Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) tailored for complex reasoning and autonomous task execution.
- Optimize Agentic Workflows: Implement robust agent-based systems that can navigate dynamic environments and execute multi-step logic with minimal human intervention.
- Ensure Safety & Ethics: Develop and implement safety protocols and alignment techniques to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, safe, and aligned with human values.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Build and maintain high-performance, low-latency inference pipelines capable of handling millions of requests.
- Mentorship & Strategy: Guide a team of junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years focused on LLM development and deployment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Ray).
- Research: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex mathematical problems and translate them into scalable code.
