Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, societal, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive future-impact framework for strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Present visionary roadmaps and scenario analyses to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate the development of next-generation technologies
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference presentations, and industry reports
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with experience influencing C-level executives
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
