Responsibilities

- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for future challenges
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology advancements
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external innovators, startups, and research partners
- Lead the creation of Horizon Dynamics' 2026 Technology Impact Assessment framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/SF or WFS) required
