Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead research initiatives into next-gen neural architectures, specifically focusing on generative models and reinforcement learning for 2026 standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical roadmaps.
- Optimize algorithmic efficiency to reduce latency in real-time AI decision-making processes.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure robustness, security, and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML system architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with deep understanding of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of distributed systems theory and parallel computing.
