- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future vision with organizational capabilities
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through proof-of-concept initiatives
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a cross-functional Future Strategy team of diverse specialists
- Establish key performance indicators for future-readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications (AI, IoT, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
