Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with corporate strategy.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech).
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify high-impact innovation opportunities.
- Pilot and evaluate experimental technologies to determine viability for enterprise adoption.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Develop a framework for sustainable technology integration and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and executing long-term roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a high-growth tech environment is highly preferred.
