Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on key innovations expected to mature by 2026, including AGI integration and advanced quantum algorithms.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and emerging competitors to identify white-space opportunities and potential disruptions.
- Partnerships & Ecosystems: Identify, vet, and establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions to accelerate our innovation pipeline.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams to translate high-level strategic vision into technical feasibility studies and pilot programs.
- Investment & Acquisition Strategy: Assess potential acquisition targets and technology investments that align with our 2026 vision.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and the wider market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership within a major tech organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of current AI trends (LLMs, Transformers), Blockchain, and future-forward technologies like Spatial Computing and Edge AI.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead and define long-term product roadmaps.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects from concept to completion.
- Creativity: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to connect disparate technological dots into a cohesive strategic vision.
