Responsibilities
- Design and implement forward-thinking technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ capabilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biometric interfaces
- Develop prototype systems for emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption across 15+ industry verticals
- Create patentable innovations in sustainable tech and human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential technology adoption
- Present strategic tech forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, generative AI, blockchain 3.0, or neurotech
- Proven track record of shipping transformative tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Certification in exponential technology foresight methodologies
