Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their strategic implications for our industry
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing technology solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure strategic compliance and opportunity
- Design and manage a technology incubation program for 2026+ innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTS, PMP) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in scaling technology initiatives from concept to market leadership
