You will work closely with C-suite executives and engineering teams to translate complex technical possibilities into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to establish a clear, forward-looking technology roadmap for the company, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum Leap, Neural Interfaces) to determine their viability for integration into our product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes to anticipate market shifts and competitor advancements, providing insights that drive a competitive edge.
- Pilot Programs: Oversee the initiation and scaling of pilot projects for experimental technologies, managing risk and ROI analysis.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences and forums, positioning Quantum Horizon Inc. as a pioneer in future technology.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic role within the tech industry, with a proven track record of leading large-scale innovation projects.
