Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines to improve inference speed and reduce latency.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Implement rigorous testing and validation strategies to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
