Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of systems targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Pioneer the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business operations.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical standards for the Future Tech division.
- Conduct R&D to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing).
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Proven track record leading high-impact technical teams and projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a focus on performance and scalability.
