Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for technological disruptions
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and strategic impact
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry partnerships and research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
