Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize inference pipelines for high-volume production environments to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Conduct cutting-edge research on novel neural architectures and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
- Implement and maintain robust MLOps pipelines and data governance frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding the trajectory of AI in 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a deep focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience deploying production-ready models that scale to millions of requests.
