- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused planning roles
- Proven track record in implementing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strategic vision with ability to translate future trends into actionable business plans
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) preferred
