Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to incubate moonshot projects with 5-7 year horizons

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills (e.g., using Delphi method)
- Experience building and leading multidisciplinary innovation teams
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
