Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess strategic integration opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment across global markets
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development

- Strong background in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
