Responsibilities

- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends and disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business growth objectives
- Manage innovation initiatives and partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee R&D investments and technology portfolio optimization for maximum ROI
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and digital transformation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and futurecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF) preferred
