- Build strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-facing skills
- Drive patent portfolio development and IP strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Executive-level stakeholder management and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, papers, keynotes)
- Experience with global cross-functional teams and agile methodologies
