Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for emerging tech initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish preferred
