- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board members securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists while fostering startup partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech roadmapping
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products ($100M+ revenue impact)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or generative AI
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology credentials
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience securing federal grants for emerging tech R&D (SBIR/STTR)
