Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Oversee pilot projects and proof-of-concepts for futuristic technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
