- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio allocation for experimental projects
- Partner with venture teams to identify acquisition targets
- Author thought leadership on technological singularity implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products/services
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical tech deployment challenges
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio of published future-tech research or patents
