- Develop and present strategic technology roadmaps aligned with company objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum applications, and sustainable tech
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global tech ecosystems for early access to breakthrough innovations
- Translate complex technological concepts into executive presentations and investor communications
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or clean energy
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and forecast adoption curves
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor groups
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future) preferred
