- Analyze global tech trends and market disruptions to inform long-term R&D priorities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business growth objectives
- Develop and present compelling technology roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
- Manage a portfolio of future-focused innovation projects with $50M+ budgets
- Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
