Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for AI product development, ensuring alignment with 2026's long-term roadmap.
- Oversee the design, training, and deployment of large-scale Machine Learning models and Neural Networks.
- Mentor a high-performing team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Researchers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and industry experts to translate complex concepts into market-ready solutions.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps pipelines.
