Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with venture-backed startups
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech verticals
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Author thought leadership pieces published in IEEE and TechCrunch
- Partner with academic institutions on DARPA and NSF grant initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Materials Engineering preferred
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI solutions from lab to market
- Active USPTO patent holder with 5+ granted technology patents
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
