Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models using transformer architectures.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure reproducibility and scalability of models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and evaluation of model outputs to ensure quality and safety.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, LLMs, and Computer Vision.
- Document technical architecture and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with Deep Learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Deep understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
