Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech integration)

- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption success
- Manage innovation lab operations and mentor cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience managing multi-million dollar technology innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or industry journals
- Certification in technology architecture or innovation management preferred
