Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Expertise in distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark) and quantum programming
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technology ethics
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products with >$100M impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in AWS/Azure quantum services and neural network design
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (FDA, NIST)
