Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for emerging domains
- Mentor junior team members in future-thinking methodologies and strategic analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing strategic initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and competitive analysis
- Strong executive communication ability with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEIM)
