Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 5-10 year market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investors

- Manage R&D budget allocation for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
