- Lead development of the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and their commercial applications
- Partner with product teams to incubate and validate next-generation tech initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and sustainable innovation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech trends and implementation best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in futures/foresight planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR) and market adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience developing and executing multi-year tech transformation roadmaps
- Strong business acumen with track record of aligning tech initiatives with revenue growth
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Technology Strategy, or Innovation Management preferred
