Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ vision, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and assess market readiness for adoption.
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions.
- Present strategic roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite executives and board members.
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to identify disruption opportunities.
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and resource allocation for high-impact projects.
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management.
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with measurable market impact.
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR).
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans.
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing high-stakes decisions.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
- Preferred: Background in Fortune 500 tech or high-growth startup environment.
