Responsibilities

- Develop climate-positive tech frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for regulatory innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in biotech and neurotech domains
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven future scenarios
- Manage $50M+ R&D budget allocation across 15+ emerging technology verticals
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism (10+ years experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology impacts (2018-2023)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to unicorn valuations
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum algorithm development
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Studies (CFP) or Technology Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies commercialized with >10M users
