Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Partner with R&D to accelerate lab-to-market cycles for futuristic solutions
- Author thought leadership on the future of human-tech symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Proven experience building and scaling tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic technologies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
