- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure future-readiness and ROI of strategic bets
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders with executive-level clarity
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to shape future standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainable tech)
