Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biocomputing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Architect strategic partnerships with research institutions and global tech innovators
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders

- Maintain competitive intelligence through patent analysis and academic research curation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 10+ year vision implementation
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum systems, synthetic biology, AGI, or advanced robotics
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Experience securing >$10M in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
