Responsibilities
- Architect Simulation Frameworks: Design and implement scalable, distributed neural network architectures capable of processing real-time data streams for year-2026 simulations.
- Algorithm Optimization: Lead the optimization of deep learning models to reduce latency and increase accuracy in high-volume predictive scenarios.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models with legacy infrastructure and emerging IoT ecosystems to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating new technologies such as transformer models and reinforcement learning agents for application in our simulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders and non-technical team members.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of distributed systems, big data processing (Spark/Hadoop), and predictive analytics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
