Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with strategic potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership on technology trends and future-proofing strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment decisions
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation and stakeholder management
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
