Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions in AI ethics and quantum applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Analyze regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present technology foresight insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching disruptive technologies at scale (portfolio required)
- Certifications in Futures Thinking, Technology Foresight, or equivalent advanced degree
- Deep understanding of global tech regulatory frameworks and ethical AI standards
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in executive presentations
- Fluency in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
