Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software development, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for code quality and architecture.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high security standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
