Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software systems tailored for future 2026 tech stacks.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in the development and deployment of advanced AI models.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and industry trends.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for software engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern Cloud Architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of integrating AI/ML capabilities into production environments.
- Strong understanding of system scalability, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
