Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with emerging trends like quantum computing and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen digital solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate vision
- Build strategic partnerships with tech incubators and academic research institutions
- Present technology foresight findings to stakeholders and drive adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience scaling tech teams in hyper-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- MSc/MBA from Tier 1 institution with focus on technology innovation
