Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives translating emerging research into market-ready solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups into ecosystem
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and autonomous technologies
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Coordinate global hackathons and innovation challenges to scout breakthrough talent
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Certified in Future Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
