Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Design innovation frameworks to incubate and scale breakthrough products for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-focused tech solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI, or similar)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling innovations from concept to market
