Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research and wireframing to define product roadmaps for the 2026 digital ecosystem.
- Design high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts with stakeholders before development.
- Create intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces that cater to a diverse global audience.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain the company's high standards for visual excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing complex, large-scale projects.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing the design process from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in the sports, media, or large-scale event industries is a plus.
