- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that support rapid growth and future scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams to drive alignment.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into next-gen tech stacks to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in modern languages (Go, Rust, or Python) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
